Customers may request a return and full refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • The service has not been substantially delivered, executed, or completed
  • No major strategy, onboarding, or customization work has begun
  • Valid payment and purchase details are provided

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as a full refund and will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed to the same bank account, card, or payment source
  • Alternative refund methods are not supported

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
